The Conectados study seeks to understand the social networks of young Latino/e LGBTQ+ men and how they share health information. These surveys will inform a community-guided HIV prevention public health campaign, building on our group’s prior work on the PrEPárate campaign.

Conectados

  1. Complete the short screening questionnaire at this link (takes 1 minute!).

  2. Our study coordinator, Esbeidy, will reach out to you to set up a time to do an interview over Zoom. Please respond with your availability.

  3. The Zoom interview will take approximately 45 minutes. It will include questions about you and your social networks.

  4. Once you complete it, you will receive a payment as a thank you for your participation.

How do I participate?

By sharing your experiences, you will help us to improve HIV prevention in our community, with the broader goal of promoting the health and well-being of Latino/e youth and young adults.

What is the benefit of the study?

There are no major risks. Your information will not be shared and will be kept confidential, and it will be deleted following the end of the study period. You may choose to stop participating at any time without penalty.
